SportsmedX™ is an advanced certification in a specialized method of training. Whether you are an athlete wanting to improve performance in a specific sport, a weekend warrior, or individual with chronic pain, SportsmedX™ technology is the key to achieving your success. SportsmedX™ is a comprehensive sports medicine exercise program based on 10 fundamental exercises.

These exercises are inherent in everyone's daily movement patterns. Often the activities of daily life (ADLs) can cause more harm than good to an individual's body. Whether it is sitting, bending, twisting, lifting, or standing for extended periods of time, we find the "easiest" way to do a movement rather than the best way. The "easiest" way, becomes a repetitive motion or pattern which may be harmful to your health. These harmful patterns of movement are the root of common painful ailments such as sciatica, carpal tunnel, low back and posture problems to name a few. Using a bio-mechanical analysis of each movement SportsmedX™ designs the healthiest form possible specific to each person. This gives you the preventative, corrective, and functional results you want to achieve.

Level 1

Level 1 SportsmedX™ is founded on 10 fundamental exercises that can be integrated into everyday activities, initially correcting common imbalances that often cause physical discomfort.

These movements can be utilized throughout the day to increase strength, stamina, muscle tone and length, and increase daily caloric expenditure (DCE), which leads to healthy fat loss. This progressive training system brings a biomechanical advantage to each movement you do in your daily routine to have it work for you instead of against you.

Level 2

After completing Level I, your body is ready to advance into isolated and customized exercises specific to each individual. In Level II your SportsmedX™ Certified Trainer will identify problematic areas of your body that have been documented in Level I. These areas will be analyzed and broken down to isolate and correct dysfunction, matching appropriate protocols to fit your body's needs. Level I SportsmedX™ exercises are refined to create individualized workouts which help your body advance, improving overall function.

Level 3

Having mastered the fundamental SportsmedX™ exercises, Level III completes the transformation of your body. You now have advanced function such as increased speed, agility, power, and stabilization endurance. As you progress through each level of SportsmedX™ training, your muscles will go through a transformative re-education in a highly controlled environment. This allows your SportsmedX™ Certified Trainer to continue building onto your Level I and II programs, designing an even more effective and personalized program to unlock your body's full potential. As you advance through the SportsmedX™ Level III system, your body will begin to excel in a diverse range of conditions from extreme sports to the conference room.
